Emily’s background is broad and deeply rooted in residential construction and design. Her interest sparked at a young age while following her father, a contractor, to job sites, his warehouse shop, and the hardware store. You may have even spotted her on top of a roof laying out shingles! This hands-on construction experience helped guide her into making the decision to pursue a career in interior design.

After graduating from West Virginia University with a degree in Design Studies, she worked for the family construction business as a designer. More recently she worked as a staff interior designer for NorthSouth Design in Parkersburg, WV for the last 3 years. Emily‘s experiences have driven her passion of bringing a space to life with her laid-back, clean & cozy style. She loves creating beautiful and functional spaces that reflect those who occupy it.

Clients appreciate her ability to bring designs to life through the use of advanced 3D renderings and her ability to manage and facilitate large projects.

In late 2018, Emily and her husband Robert relocated to Powell, OH where they reside with their 1 year old daughter and Goldendoodle.
